Our buyers
Most of our buyers have been in the industry all their working lives. They are highly knowledgeable on the fish we source and well-informed about the latest trends.
Our sales team
Our sales team are always looking to help chefs choose the best quality products. They can update you daily or weekly, or you can simply take a look at our daily blog.
Our fishmongers
Our fishmongers are highly-skilled craftsmen. It’s their job to prepare each order to your exact requirements, whether it’s simply gutted, or filleted and cut in a special way. All are trained to BRC standards and Food and Hygiene certifications.

Our drivers
Our drivers are the face our customers see every day. They normally do two runs each morning. As we are always happy to take last minute orders, some of our drivers may even do a final run before lunchtime service. All our drivers are trained to BRC and food management standards.
