Renato De Paula Falbo

Renato has been with us for four years. He previously worked for one of our other London depots. He is our Head Fishmonger, responsible for training our junior members and monitoring the quality of the fish preparation.

Damian Koscianczuk

Damian has worked for us since June 2010. He started off as a simple factory hand and progressed to a junior member of the cutting team. Damian has become a valued and trusted member of the team. He is working his way to becoming a fully trained fishmonger.

Luciano Gioccon

Luciano has been with us since July 2010. Since leaving the restaurant trade, he brings his experience of a kitchen environment with him. Luciano is a great all-round team player and a valued member of the Direct Seafoods London’s production team.
