Laky Zervudachi

Laky has practically grown up in the fish industry. With over 30 years in the business he has a wealth of knowledge. Prior to working with us, he ran his own fish businesses in the 80s and 90s. He specialises in the very high-end Michelin-star restaurants. He is also the group’s Sustainability Director.

Liz Taylor

Liz has been with us for over three years. She has, however, been a chef and worked in the industry before coming into sales. Liz assists Laky as the main day-to-day contact for our top-end clients.

Sarah Bowditch, Sinead Murphy, Alexei Udall, Michela Wilson, Louisa Clarke and Naielen Lobato are our dedicated account managers who answer the daily calls and also have their own client lists.
